IRS Increases Mileage Rates From September 1 - December 31

IRS Commissioner Mark Everson has announced an increase in the standard optional mileage rates at 48.5 cents a mile (increase of 8 cents) for business use of auto, 22 cents a mile for moving and medical (7 cents increase) for the four months ending December 31.
